I've googled and checked the tags but haven't been able to find an answer. I just got WA and High End Loft and did a fresh uninstall/reinstall. Now I want to re-add my CC (which I backed up like a good girl) but I'm not sure if I put the frame work into the WA folder or the base game folder. Can someone tell me where to put it?

I just bough WA but i can't play it because my version of the game is not updated,so i try to update it and it just doesn't work and now i can't even play sims 3. I am posting this for my sister. Her sim is in France and had the opportunity to find old flo, and she cannot find her. She looked through her prima guide as well and there is nothing. Does anyone know?? She's completely stuck and this is what she needs to acheive to get her sims ltw. Any help would be amazing!

Where can I find Nebila Moussa? I was to take a photograph of a mummy, which I did, but now cannot find this person. Usually when my sims have to take a photograph the "deliver photo" option comes up and I can just go straight to that person.
